Policies & Booking Information

We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully ask that you give us 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Booking fees will not be refunded, if you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of appointment.

OG Beauty Ink & Aesthetics does not offer refunds on services.

Allergies: Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.

If you have experienced an allergic reaction to skincare products, lash lift, or brow lamination solutions in the past, please call or text me at (714) 583-0193 prior to booking, so that a patch test can be administered.

Booking fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking. 

These fees will be applied toward your service, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

Once your booking fee is received, an appointment confirmation will be sent to you via text.

Please note: Without a deposit, your appointment will not be confirmed.

Booking fees are as follows:

Facial & Beauty Services - $25 

Advanced Treatments - $50

After Hours Fee - $25 

Accepted payment methods:

Cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payment options

Appointment requests outside of regular business hours are subject to a $25 fee, in addition to the cost of the service booked, and are non-refundable.
